What:
Holding signs and photos of children a sidewalk news vigil, clergy sexual abuse victims and concerned Catholics will

  • call for greater accountability on the part of the church hierarchy for decades of child sex crimes and cover ups,
  • read aloud the names of more than 200+ proven, admitted and credibly accused abusive Boston-area priests and former priests, and
  • urge anyone who saw, suspected or suffered child molestation to speak up, get help and call police.

The event takes place on the five year anniversary of the resignation of Boston’s Catholic Cardinal Bernard Law and highlights the fact that virtually none of the hundreds of church officials who covered up child sex crimes have been held accountable in any way.
